Sometimes the film you bought on a whim from the Wal-Mart bargain bin turns out to be a hidden treasure. You know you have something special but you can't know just how special unless you share it with others. That is the story of this weeks film folks. No "Universal or Disney" media engine behind this title pouring millions into distribution and advertising. Nope the only thing that attracted me to Dead and Breakfast was its title, cheap price, and cover. I found it years ago and have shared it with many many people. Now I have shared it with the TCPodcast crew and hopefully with those of you at home. Witty hip-hop narration wrapped tight with a tongue in cheek humor drives this modern zombie flick into future cult status.

"Don't forget to subscribe to us on iTunes! " -Lewis

Unfortunitly Mr. DeMoss had other duties in the form of Iron Man 3 research which has already turned into this amazing Video Cast review. Mr. DeMoss also took the unexpected turn and proved us with this spontaneous, no-hold-barred written. yes I said WRITTEN, review of Dead and Breakfast. That left Mr. Wickliff and myself to delve elbow deep into this modern zombie comedy musical. This was Mikes first time so it was enjoyable knowing that his cherry was captured by myself. I feel I brought my A game with this pick and Mike was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this sorta low budget film.

Inside this Episode-
Act 1- Like always the intro rolls and Mike and MuGumBo dig right in.

Act 2- Intermission song selection Tucson Afternoon by Zachariah and the Lobos Riders

Act 3- The duo try to hold it together without the 3rd ingredient.

And here we stand folks at the end of the week and looking back I see 7 days of news, pop culture, and nerdy fun. Neil Gaiman (yes the same fellow we discussed in Stardust) brought us a brilliant Doctor Who episode with my favorite villain the Cybermen. We finally completed a week without some musician of note filling the obituaries with their names but we did loose a Nascar legend (well he never won a race but his name is immaturely fun to say) Dick Trickle. Drippy Dick lost his life by his own hand which is the most fitting way to go for a man that never finished first.

"Warehouse 13 was renewed for 6 more shows and that's it folks." -Mike Wickliff (@Greymattersplat)

In case you hadn't noticed we changed the name of this events show a bit. As we continue to do this every week the term "This Week" really popped out as a better fit for the idea. Same tender morsels of extra current information but with half the calories. So current that one of the fellows has already seen the new Star Trek film "Star Trek Into Darkness" and brought his NON SPOILER review for all to enjoy. That is about as current as I think one can ever hope to be!

"It's CSI AGENTS of SHELD!" - Mr. DeMoss (@AYTIWS)

I must say that I love putting on my digital hat and playing internet. Times it is easy to forget about that analog life that keeps the podcast light on. I know for a fact with the full swing of Spring in effect the trio all have their analog plates full of real life activities and projects. That is why it is amazing that we have planned more excitement, more guests, and heavier digital workload than ever before. At one point I really believed I was steering this runaway train but now I realize I am just holding on and enjoying the ride.

Like always Mike brought some flavor for us all to enjoy. "We're not worthy!" Do not forget that these bad ass trailers are ALL DISCUSSED on this jam packed 20 minute current event pop culture show!

<itunes:summary>We're not shy about our love of Terry Gilliam around here. So join the Traumatic Cinematic crew as we journey into a desert so damn real one must soak oneself in dangerous drugs just to get a handle on it. From the mind of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson and the dark heart of the early-70s comes a saga of desperation, death and debauchery, filmed as only a former Python could. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas stars Johnny Depp in the role that should've defined his career (instead of Cap'n Jack), Benicio del Toro in the role that pretty much has defined him sense, and more cameos than you can shake a casting sheet at. Tobey Maguire, Ellen Barkin Gary Busey, Christina Ricci, Cameron Diaz, Penn Jillette, Lyle Lovett and Flea do not, in any way shape or for, join us for this episode. But their spirit – along with the spirit of rambling abandon – is with us throughout this podcast. Join us as we examine what at least one of us considers the Greatest Movie of 1998, and see if you agree once our odyssey's done. That feeling, in your guts, right now? That's you getting The Fear. -DeMoss

Inside this Episode-
As your lawyer I advise you to listen to this show with a friend and partially intoxicated. Turn it into a drinking game and every time Mr. DeMoss makes an obscure reference take a drink (please don't do this, you will die!) This is the first show recorded fully with the new recording equipment so if it sounds terrible (or maybe amazingly good) blame it on the hardware not the operator :). Unlike the first 67 shows this one has 2 count them TWO intermissions which means double the audio fun! Hopefully this show will not just be entertaining but also offer some quality information about Hunter S. Thompson, Johnny Depp, and Terry Gilliam. The only way to know what is inside is to listen and find out! -MuGumBo

The trio have been re-united and the formula has been locked in! Things at the Traumatic Cinematic studios are really picking up with the sudden way of listeners from the multiple new venues where our show is available. Welcome one and all and please come back! It has been a fast 7 days yet that is plenty enough to fill this show seem to seem with amazing relevent pop culture information. We lost one half of the 80's one-hit-wonder band Kriss Kross, watched some awesome TV (like Doctor Who and Game of Thrones), discuss how The Great Gatsby needs more modern tones along with cell phones, and if aliens are the new zombies! Mike shared some awesome new trailers with the crew which are all listed in Mike's Notes and find out what the guys think about Netflix's new series Hemlock Grove. There is so many reasons to check this show out so find one and DO IT YOU CHEEKY MONKEY!

Mike's Amazing Tidbits-
This started off as Mike making a list of notes of things to talk about for the TCEvents show and it has turned into something I look forward to checking out every week. <itunes:summary>Here at the Traumatic Cinematic studios we strive to bring our fans a variety of cinematic delicacies to devour. We feel it is not only our pleasure but also our responsibility to broaden the horizons of our faithful pact of rabid listeners. Horror is fun, classics will always be classic, and cheese balls are always available at our #Twitflix fingertips. Now providing culture in the tweet-along arena is something new and this week we put on our best duds and viewed the classy Shakespearean tale, Tromeo and Juliet! After the epic tweet-along battle via Netflix Instant and Twitter Lacie and Mr. DeMoss joined MuGumBo in a 20 minute discussion on the evenings turnout and the film.

We are looking for feedback on if we should continue to use the Traumatic Cinematic feed to distribute the Twitcast show. Obviously there is a Twitflix.net site that we run but it is just for the schedule of the group. We would like to hear from you! Post in the group or email me. MuGumBo@Gmail.com

MuGumBo = @GenXnerdMatt = @CM_MattD http://criticalmassesmedia.com/DeMoss = @AYTIWS http://AYTIWS.comJames = @WolfTheatre3000Lacie = @FKMuseJoe Evans = @JEtheFlixTwit If you would like to be on this growing list participate in a Twitflix night and join the podcast for a after party!</itunes:summary>
